LinkedIn improves its professional Application based on Android which enables the features to apply for a job directly from a smartphone. According Vaibhav Goel, product manager LinkedIn, this improvement meets the needs of network members who are increasingly using their Smartphones.
Now, when a LinkedIn member consults a job on the network or a suggestion made to him, he will be able to contact directly or click ‘APPLY NOW’ for further communication. The application will accompany the mobile user in various stages of verification of the information contained in the user profile or the CV. The objective of this application is to have access to accurate data of a potential employer. This edition of the application facilitates the modification feature of CV which has been enhanced to allow corrections through a small screen of Smartphones.
“We heard a number of you wish to have the opportunity to apply directly from your mobile but the management and publishing of CV on a small screen was difficult. “Adds Vaibhav Goel on the company blog.
With its 238 million members, LinkedIn relies heavily on its leading position in the job search.
The second quarter of 2013, 56% of the company’s revenues has been generated by the “Talent Solutions.” This is the service that allows recruiters to disseminate different ads on the professional network and contacting businesses and potential employees.
